Four bedrooms, one of them is independent and opens directly on the terrace. You can access the ground floor by a stair, leading to a vast bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed if needed.

Terrace and swimming pool

An ipe terrace around the swimming pool offers a nice space to have lunch or relax, under a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable blades. It allows to better enjoy the terrace at all times, and offers a valuable protection from the sun when it is very hot during the summer season.

The swimming pool measures 6m x 3.2m, and is tiled with white earthenware. It has a depth of 1.50m.

Bedrooms

3 bedrooms are available on the main floor:

- A room accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a large walk-in mosaic shower, a toilet and a sink. 160 cm bed, large built-in cupboard, two windows, one of which is open to the east, with a very beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

- A bedroom opening onto the terrace, with a 160 cm bed, a separate WC, a bathroom open to the bedroom.

- A bedroom opening onto the terrace, with independent access. A bathroom with shower and WC.

The fourth and last bedroom is located on the ground floor. Very spacious, it accommodates two single beds, and a sofa bed which offers a comfortable bed in 140 if necessary. TV. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Living room

A spacious living room consisting of a kitchen with central island, a table that can accommodate 8 to 10 people, a lounge area with a sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs.

A television is added to the large screen located in the bedroom on the ground floor.

In addition to the large bay windows opening onto the terrace, three long bay windows are placed in this room and allow you to admire the surroundings as in paintings.

The bathrooms

Four bathrooms are available, one per bedroom.

On the ground floor, a walk-in shower, toilet and a vanity unit in the first bedroom; a sink, a shower and a separate WC in the second and third bedrooms.

On the ground floor, bath, bidet and sink in the bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.
