Prices and conditions - 2024/2025

The rental rates displayed on the site are weekly rates, from Saturday to Saturday, for the entire accommodation.


Except during high season, possibility to modulate the prices according to the number of people by closing the independent room (on some villas). Possible arrivals during weekdays, or short stays according to availability. Do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.​


Our prices include the supply of household linen: sheets and towels, kitchen towels, as well as swimming pool towels for villas with swimming pool (all rentals, except the Eucalyptus studio). The bed linen consists of a sheet and a light duvet with cover, and a bedspread.
Standard cleaning is included, routine maintenance being the responsibility of the tenants. For stays of two weeks and more, an intermediate cleaning is carried out at the end of each week: change of sheets and towels, and cleaning of floors and bathrooms, at no extra charge.
On request and prior reservation, possibility of having additional cleaning done during your stay - contact us for a quote.


For late arrivals, a breakfast service is possible by prior reservation, at a rate of €18 incl. tax/person - Fresh bread and pastries, butter and jams, fruit juice, plate of cheese, milk, cereals, coffee pods and tea bags. Use by the tenants of the plates and cutlery made available in the villas/apartments.​ The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is to be paid on arrival. 1,65€/person/day, children under 18 are exempt. On prior request, possibility to pick up your basic necessities at Drive de Porticcio the day before arrival. We store them and re-deliver them to the villa so you find them when you arrive. Flat rate of €22 to be added to the amount of the shopping basket.


In order to allow a qualitative complete cleaning between each tenant, arrivals in high season are from 5 p.m., and departures before 9.30 a.m. Arrivals are possible until 9 p.m. at the latest.​ Contact us before if you consider arriving on a late flight or boat, we will provide instructions so you can settle in on your own.


Animals are not accepted, with no exception possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Rental conditions

25% deposit upon booking, the balance being due one month at the latest before the start of the stay.

You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before the start of your stay. Our rates are then cancellable with costs (25% less than 4 months, 100% less than one month from the start of the stay) - unless the villa can be re-let over the period.

Deposit of 800€ (guaranteed on the credit card used during payment), or by check on arrival if payment was made by another means. Payment by check, bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Holiday vouchers accepted (ANCV agreement).


Tourist tax: 1,65€/adult/day. Those under 18 are exempt.​


Price per night possible in low and mid season depending on availability. 3 to 4 nights minimum, contact us for a quote.​

Between mid-September and the end of May, for the Oliviers, Lentisques and Bruyères villas:

- 15% discount on the weekly rate for the rental of the main part of the villa (3 bedrooms), the 4th isolated bedroom remaining closed.

- 25% discount on the weekly rate for double occupancy (one bedroom and one bathroom, the others remaining closed).​
